Digital Marketing Associate

Are you an experienced Digital Marketing professional with a minimum of 2-3 years in Marketing Operations Ramboll is seeking a Junior Digital Operations Associate to join the newly established Marketing Delivery Centre located in Chennai, India. In this role, you will report to the Head of Digital Operations and collaborate with the Brand, Marketing, and External Relations team, working closely with colleagues in Denmark and the United Kingdom. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Building, sending, and analyzing email marketing campaigns using HubSpot alongside the Email Marketing and Automation Specialist - Assisting in the regular distribution of newsletters - Collaborating with Operations specialists to develop email lists and execute targeted campaigns - Generating reports in HubSpot to evaluate Marketing campaign performance and monitor data quality - Ensuring data governance and quality in the HubSpot database - Organizing and hosting webinars in partnership with global Ramboll offices - Supporting the team in handling inbound leads and accurately inputting leads into the CRM system - Assisting in the creation of HubSpot landing pages and forms Qualifications: - Proficiency in HubSpot is essential - Possess an analytical mindset with a proactive approach - Strong ability to follow established workflows for publishing marketing assets - Skilled in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Ability to adapt to new tools, systems, and processes as technology evolves - Experience with HubSpot is a strong advantage - Previous experience in a B2B environment or marketing delivery/support role is beneficial Personal qualities that will contribute to success in this role include being proactive, technically proficient, and possessing strong organizational skills.
