Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, videos, graphics) to grow our online presence
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
- Monitor and report on social media metrics, analyzing performance and making data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field
- Excellent communication and content creation skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective advertising options
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva)
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social media
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite Insights, Sprout Social)
