Job Description

Position:

Performance Marketing & Shopify Expert

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google, YouTube, and Display.
  • Own performance KPIs CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, AOV, CTR, etc.
  • Manage Shopify backend including funnel setup, GTM, analytics, theme adjustments, and app integrations.
  • Coordinate with design/content for high-performing ad creatives.
  • Build landing pages, run A/B tests, and optimize for CVR.
  • Analyze product-wise performance and provide strategic input to scale.
  • Troubleshoot technical tracking issues (GA4, GTM, Pixel).

Key Skills

  • Expert in Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Shopping, and Performance Max.
  • Strong Shopify backend skills - including hands-on with themes, apps, automation.
  • Data-analytical mindset with experience in tools like GA4, Clarity, Looker Studio.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS/Liquid.

Qualification & Experience

  • 10-12 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing & D2C eCommerce.
  • Google Ads certification a plus.
