Digital Marketing Assistant

I am Dr. Ashish Juneja, Digital Economics Coach.

I am hiring a full-time, in-person assistant who can work with me daily in Kashipur and help with everything related to:

• Content creation
• Video shoots
• Editing
• Social media
• Mobirise website creation
• Lead calling
• Call reminders
• Client follow-ups
• General digital tasks and operations

This is a learning-based role, perfect for someone young who wants to grow in the digital world.

No experience is required — I will train you.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Digital Tasks

• Write and post content on LinkedIn, YouTube, Substack, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, Skool, Communi
• Extract insights from YouTube videos and convert into posts
• Create and update Mobirise landing pages
• Update Systeme.io funnels (opt-in, thank-you pages)
• Assist with thumbnails, hooks, captions, and descriptions
• Maintain documents, scripts, Notion pages, spreadsheets

Video Production Support

• Hold the camera during shoots
• Set up tripod, lights, mic
• Record BTS footage
• Help with indoor/outdoor shooting
• Basic editing (training provided)

Lead Calling & Client Follow-Up

• Call people who download the Parallel Income Blueprint
• Guide them to next steps
• Remind people who have booked clarity calls
• Follow up with warm leads
• Maintain call logs and lead sheets
• Support in the entire lead → call → client process

Admin & Daily Assistance

• Support daily work sessions
• Organize files and workspace
• Run simple research tasks
• Be available on-site for anything required

Requirements

• Must live in Kashipur (within 10–15 km)
• Comfortable calling people
• Good communication (Hindi is enough)
• Basic smartphone/computer usage
• Fast learner, sincere, disciplined
• Full-time availability (Mon–Sat)

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Basic editing skills
• Basic writing skills
• Interest in social media, YouTube, or digital marketing
