We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing & Communication Executive to join our EdTech organization. The role involves planning, executing, and monitoring marketing and communication activities that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and strengthen engagement with students, parents, institutions, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of relevant experience with strong communication, coordination, and digital marketing skills.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote EdTech products and services.
Create, review, and edit communication materials including brochures, emailers, newsletters, and social media content.
Manage social media channels to increase engagement and reach.
Support in organizing webinars, workshops, and other promotional events.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, academic, product) to align communication and marketing efforts. Develop and maintain relationships with media, education partners, and stakeholders.
Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
Ensure brand consistency across all Social communication platforms.
Conduct competitor and market research to support marketing strategies.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles (preferably in EdTech/education industry).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on experience with social media management and digital marketing.
Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and marketing tools.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with design tools like Canva is an added advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Experience in event management and public relations.
Exposure to content marketing and copywriting.
Familiarity with CRM and email automation tools.
Knowledge of branding and storytelling techniques.
