About the Role: We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Account Executive to manage and grow client accounts within the IT solutions sector. This role involves understanding client needs, recommending digital marketing strategies like Google Ads and paid campaigns, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day client relationships with IT sector customers. Understand client business goals and recommend tailored digital marketing solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns. Upsell and cross-sell digital services including Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and paid social campaigns. Prepare proposals, performance reports, and presentations for clients. Monitor campaign performance metrics and suggest optimizations. Achieve revenue targets through account growth and client retention. Address client queries and provide proactive support. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field. 2+ years experience in account management or client servicing in digital marketing or IT sales. Good understanding of Google Ads and paid digital marketing platforms. Strong communication, client management, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights. Proficient with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot. Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities. Preferred Skills: Experience working with IT companies, SaaS providers, or tech startups. Familiarity with digital marketing KPIs such as CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
