Digital Growth Consultant

As a key contributor to the digital growth of Orange Business, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and steering the digital transformation at both company and business levels. Your expertise in data analysis will be instrumental in bringing and monitoring all the data necessary to drive informed decision-making and optimize digital strategies.

You will be an integral part of the Digital Growth team, a dynamic group of over 15 professionals based in Bangalore and France. This team boasts expertise in digital marketing tools, conversion rate optimization for digital journeys, user feedback and score optimization, advanced studies, and data visualization tools. Together, you will collaborate to enhance the digital experience for our customers and drive business growth through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.

• Analyse digital data to identify trends and opportunities, providing actionable insights to drive business growth and optimization.
• Design and execute data analyses to optimize digital journeys efficiency, increase users satisfaction and drive customer acquisition and engagement.
• Support the implementation of digital marketing campaigns with relevant insights and analyse their effectiveness.
• Make recommendations to improve website effectiveness by analysing click stream data.

• Actionable insights on online user behaviour based on the data gathered from digital tools like Google Analytics 4, UX analytics tools and customer feedback tools.
• Recommendations on strategies to improve customer experience, acquisition and retention based on analysis.
• Relevant data required by the team to provide digital growth recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities (must have):

• More than 5 years of expertise in analysing digital data and driving effectiveness of marketing campaigns and conversion optimisation, with extensive experience in analysing and interpreting complex data sets.
• Experience in leveraging diverse sources of data (digital tools, UX analytics tools, customer feedback tools) to create compelling analyses-backed recommendations for digital growth.
• Good knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation and the ability to incubate such programs in an organisation.
• Proven experience in working in a global organisation with teams and stakeholders based in multiple countries.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in data analysis tools and platforms (Google Analytics Certification, Google Cloud Platform Certification) are a plus.
