Digital Graphic Designer

1. Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design a wide range of marketing materials for both print and digital platforms, including social media creatives, brochures, emailers, and website layouts.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all designs meet quality standards, client specifications, and budgetary constraints.

Execute detailed image retouching, manipulation, and editing to enhance visual appeal.

Provide creative input and support throughout the design lifecycle, contributing ideas

and solutions as an integral member of the marketing team.

Collaborate closely with copywriters, social media teams, and other designers to

produce cohesive and impactful campaigns.

Adapt designs based on client feedback and market trends while maintaining brand

consistency.

Work efficiently under strict deadlines to ensure timely project delivery.

2. Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven ability to generate innovative design concepts and translate them into

compelling visual content.

Expertise in designing digital and print materials such as social media graphics

(Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.), brochures, HTML emailers, and website layouts.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software including Adobe Photoshop,

Illustrator, CorelDRAW, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

Experience with image editing, retouching, and manipulation to enhance photographs

and graphics.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage complex

projects independently and collaboratively.

Strong communication skills with the ability to interface effectively across

departments and with clients.
