You will be responsible for coordinating with the advertising company to ensure the smooth execution of various marketing activities. This includes working on billboards, stationery, and signages to maintain a consistent brand identity across all official communication channels. You will be involved in the design and production of branded stationery such as letterheads, business cards, and notepads. Additionally, you will collaborate with the advertising company to place ads in newspapers and magazines. This may require selecting the appropriate publications and ensuring that the design of the ads aligns with the brand guidelines. You will also be involved in overseeing the production and placement of large format printed materials like flexes used for outdoor advertising. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring the design, production, and placement of backdrops for events, conferences, or photo shoots. This role will involve coordinating with the in-house social media team and designers to ensure that all marketing assets are on-brand and support the overall marketing strategy. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.,
