What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/designCreative design is a process that uses digital and physical design tools and core design training to create comps and final art that bring creative concepts to life for marketing purposes.

What are we looking for? Lead and perform QA on creative assets (eDMs, static banners, display ads, motion graphics, videos, print layouts, social creatives, etc.).Validate designs against brand guidelines, copy accuracy, layout specs, image resolution, platform/retailer formats, and campaign objectives.Supervise day-to-day task allocation and performance of junior QA analysts.Collaborate with creative leads, project managers, and copywriters to align delivery expectations and close feedback loops.Conduct final delivery validations to ensure launch-readiness and error-free execution.Support onboarding of new QA analysts, including brand induction and tool familiarization.Maintain and evolve QA documentation, best practices, and error tracking mechanisms.Contribute to RCA analysis, process improvement, and quality scorecards for governance.Ensure all deliverables meet TAT and SLA requirements for global stakeholders.
