What would you do?
The role requires a highly focused and versatile content editor, who will be responsible for delivering high quality content for cloud-based HR Portals. The role will be expected to manage a team of content writers and put excellent line-editing and time-management skills to use. The role will report to the Project Manager or Project Lead. Talent Development processDevelop learning activities and supporting materials according to the content design plan.

What are we looking for?
Written and verbal communicationBachelors degree in English, Journalism, or related fieldProven work experience as a content editor, content creator, copywriter, or similar role (at least 5 years)Critical ThinkingProblem Management7 to 10 years experience as editor, copy editing, proofreading, or reviewing content, preferably in the digital mediumProven knowledge of English grammar and different English dialects with excellent communication skillsImpeccable attention to detail skills Familiarity with style guides - CMS, AP, and APAProven expertise in using Microsoft 365Ability to work with stringent timelines; flexibility and agility to adjust to changing schedulesAbility to work independently on a range of subjects and client requirements
Roles and Responsibilities: Work with the Content Lead to confirm the appropriate style guide and client standards for the projectGuide the content team to organize, write, and line-edit content to ensure clear and concise narratives Identify, track, and report on the quality status of client deliverablesReview project deliverables to ensure they are logical, concise, and free of spelling/grammatical/punctuation errorsEnsure deliverables are compliant with agreed style guide and client standards (including tone/voice)Track and communicate errors in the defined categories for each deliverable and provide feedbackWork with the Business Interlock/Project Lead in addressing barriers to quality development and coaching team members to address these gaps and improve qualityProvide reporting documents to the Business Interlock/Project Lead as neededMaintain a log of projects to ensure proper time trackingContribute new ideas for future publications
