Digital Content Catalogue Leader

Role Overview: As a Digital Content / Catalogue Leader at the company, your main responsibility will be to design and manage the content strategy for the D2C website and marketplaces. You will set priorities for the year, form a team, and collaborate with Indian sports ecosystem leaders, digital category teams, and stakeholders in France to ensure high-quality content delivery to customers. It will be crucial for you to establish a consistent process for product launches and ensure all products are live on relevant websites. Additionally, you will need to incorporate innovation, AI, lifestyle, and SEO elements into the catalogue structure while following industry best practices. You should be able to measure the success of content enhancements through analytical tools and demonstrate ROI effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop the content strategy for the D2C website and marketplaces in alignment with leadership teams - Establish and prioritize key action items for the year - Define success metrics and monitor them regularly - Lead the integration of AI in content creation - Recruit, manage, and develop team members - Delegate tasks and make decisions effectively - Evaluate team performance - Manage agencies and stakeholders effectively - Collaborate with Indian and Global teams to implement best practices in content management - Possess detailed knowledge of identifying, setting charters, and managing content agencies Qualifications: - Masters degree - 8-10 years of demonstrated expertise in content & catalogue management, preferably in the D2C or ecommerce sector - Ability to work effectively with various teams and meet deadlines - Proficient in agency management - Excellent communication skills with the ability to create visualizations and present to leadership teams Please note that the office location for this role is Decathlon Anubhava in Bangalore. The way of working includes one day of WFH per week as per requirement.
