Digital Commerce Developer

As an Infoscion, your primary role will be to lead the engagement effort in providing high-quality consulting solutions to customers. You will be involved in problem definition, diagnosis, solution design, development, and deployment. Your responsibilities will include: - Reviewing proposals, providing guidance, and analyzing solutions to identify potential risks and issues - Identifying change management requirements and proposing a structured approach for managing change using various communication mechanisms - Coaching and creating a vision for the team, providing subject matter training, and motivating team members through effective feedback and recognition - Contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality consulting solutions to customers Additionally, you should possess the following qualifications: - Good knowledge of software configuration management systems - Strong business acumen, strategy, and cross-industry thought leadership - Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends - Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration abilities - Industry domain knowledge in two or three areas - Understanding of financial processes for various project types and pricing models - Client interfacing skills - Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies - Project and team management skills If you have expertise in Technology such as Digital Commerce with primary skills in DemandWare and Hybris Ecommerce, along with a preferred skill set in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) and SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), then you would be a perfect fit to assist our clients in their digital transformation journey.,
