About the role Join a team building enterprise-grade Copilot Studio agents and Power Platform automation. You will lead end-to-end design, prototyping and production delivery of AI-driven workflows, custom connectors and conversational agents while embedding security, governance and Responsible AI practices. What youll do • Lead design and development of Copilot Studio agents and Power Platform solutions (Canvas/Model-driven apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) • Build custom connectors, actions and REST API integrations; implement RAG and configure Semantic Index for context enrichment • Develop AI Builder models and own model lifecycle (data prep, labeling, training, evaluation, retraining) • Apply ALM/DevOps for Power Platform deployments (environments, pipelines, packaging, versioning) • Design conversational flows, prompts and UX (adaptive cards); optimize agent performance and user adoption • Ensure security, compliance and Responsible AI governance across solutions; produce architecture docs and runbooks • Collaborate with stakeholders, mentor engineers and drive POCs to production
