Digital Chip Design Engineer

Role Overview: You will collaborate with customers to understand their design requirements and provide technical support throughout the implementation phase. Your responsibilities will include identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving design issues such as DRC, LVS, and other verification checks to ensure successful tapeout. It is essential for you to be hands-on in relevant EDA tools like Innovus, IC compiler, Calibre, PrimeTime etc. Additionally, you will assist in the tapeout process, ensuring all design files are correctly prepared and submitted for manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with customers to understand design requirements - Provide technical support during the implementation phase - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve design issues including DRC, LVS, and other verification checks - Utilize EDA tools such as Innovus, IC compiler, Calibre, PrimeTime - Assist in the tapeout process to ensure correct preparation and submission of design files for manufacturing Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience as a digital chip designer and in customer support - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Hands-on experience with EDA tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, and Mentor Graphics,
