Key Responsibilities

• Upload, catalogue, and tag all digital assets produced by Creative Services into Adobe Experience Manager (AEM DAM) for distribution across Media Place and regional platforms.
• Upload, catalogue, and tag raw video content from third-party agencies and internal teams into Bynder for reuse.
• Ensure compliance with global DAM standards, including:
• File naming conventions
• Folder structures
• GDPR and licensing compliance
• Define Aftersales workflows in DAM and train users across the organisation.
• Collaborate with the DAM development team to:
• Communicate business requirements
• Test system enhancements
• Raise and monitor bugs
• Advocate for centralised digital asset management across Aftersales.
• Generate usage reports and monitor compliance.

Your Impact

You will play a critical role in enabling efficient content distribution, supporting targeted marketing campaigns, and ensuring governance and compliance across all Aftersales digital assets.

Experience and Qualifications

• Proven experience managing digital assets, ideally using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM DAM).
• Background in an Aftermarket role for a multi-market, multi-brand organisation with a franchised distribution network (preferred).
• Experience working with marketing teams executing multi-channel, multi-market, multi-brand digital campaigns.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com.
• Strong experience in:
• Testing systems
• Raising bugs
• Gathering and communicating business requirements to digital development teams
