We are a Turkey-based travel agency offering customized and group tours to international travelers. Our services include cultural tours (Istanbul, Cappadocia, Pamukkale, Ephesus), nature and daily trips (Sapanca, Abant), and themed experiences (gastronomy, history, art, camping).

We are looking for an experienced **Digital Ads Specialist** who can help us generate quality leads and increase bookings through well-targeted campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

### ✅ Responsibilities

* Plan, launch, and manage high-converting Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing) campaigns

* Create and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads using Business Manager

* Write compelling ad copy and create visually appealing creatives (or provide direction)

* Define audience targeting based on countries, interests, and behaviors

* Set up and track conversions (Google Analytics, Pixel, etc.)

* Monitor performance and provide reports with improvement suggestions

* Suggest ad budgets and ensure ROI-oriented strategies

### Requirements

* Proven experience in running **Google Ads & Meta Ads** for **travel/tour services**

* Deep understanding of performance marketing, conversion tracking & analytics

* Experience with targeting international audiences (especially Middle East, South Asia, Europe)

* Ability to write fluent and persuasive ad copy in English

* Ability to manage multiple campaigns with different tour types

* Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop or other creative tools is a plus

* Experience with landing page optimization & booking funnel strategies

* Hands-on with A/B testing and retargeting campaigns

* Past success stories or case studies in tourism-focused campaigns
