Dietitian Cum Slimming Counsellor

The responsibilities for this role include being accountable for sales and in-house bookings within the slimming department. You will be required to engage with and monitor the progress of all clients, provide counseling to clients who are not achieving desired results in collaboration with the in-house doctor and counselor. Ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing in-house bookings will also be a key part of your role. You will need to guarantee package execution within the specified validity period and conduct regular follow-ups with clients on break to minimize unexecuted packages. Planning in-house events to motivate clients and encourage regular visits is essential. Additionally, maintaining the duty roster of dietitians, nurses, masseurs, therapists, and attendants, as well as organizing regular staff meetings to address concerns and gather improvement suggestions are part of your responsibilities. Hygiene and cleanliness maintenance in the staff, equipment, and slimming section are also crucial. Keeping accurate records at the center and sending necessary records to corporate when required, ensuring adequate stock levels, and conducting regular maintenance and calibration of slimming machines are also part of the job. Handling client complaints impartially and organizing sales-boosting events monthly are tasks you will be responsible for. Finally, ensuring informative and educational material is available to clients in various forms is essential. The desired candidate for this position should hold a graduate degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field along with a minimum of 1 year of experience working as a dietician or in a similar role. Effective interpersonal skills, including active listening and the ability to customize treatment plans according to client needs, are required. Strong organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize tasks are essential. The ability to work independently and proficiency in MS Office are also necessary.
