Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and result-oriented Clinical Dietician with strong counselling and leadership skills to provide online nutrition consultations and guide clients toward better health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online counselling sessions with patients to understand their health goals, dietary needs, and preferences.
• Design and implement personalized dietary and nutrition plans tailored to each client.
• Maintain accurate client records with strong computer and data entry skills.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Perform regular follow-ups with clients to monitor adherence to dietary plans.
• Motivate and guide clients to ensure maximum compliance with diet guidelines.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of diet counselling by monitoring improvements in health and medical outcomes.
• Lead and mentor a small team of dieticians or interns to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nutrition / Dietetics / PG Diploma.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a team lead or supervisory role (preferred in clinical or telecounselling settings).
• 1.5–2 years of hospital experience preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and counselling skills may also apply.
• Strong communication, counselling, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
(Based on experience, previous salary, and interview performance)
