Role Description

diesel fuel injection systems

Responsibility

• Operate and maintain

  diesel fuel injection test benches

  (universal & CRDI).
• Perform

  testing, calibration, and repair

  of inline and rotary fuel pumps.
• Diagnose, service, and repair

  CRDI injectors and pumps

  (Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Stanadyne).
• Carry out

  injector coding and ultrasonic cleaning

  .
• Use

  nozzle testers, pressure gauges, and calibration tools

  for accurate servicing.
• Record test results, maintain job sheets, and ensure quality standards.
• Follow workshop safety standards and maintain tools & equipment.
• Assist senior engineers in training and implementation of new diagnostic techniques.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in

  Automobile or Mechanical Engineering

  .
• Hands-on experience in diesel fuel systems (minimum 3 years preferred,).
• Familiarity with

  inline, rotary, and CRDI systems

  .
• Ability to read technical manuals and follow calibration data.
• Basic computer literacy for test bench software (preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
