Job Description

Description

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and repairing diesel engines, ensuring that all vehicles operate efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and related systems.
Diagnose mechanical issues using electronic diagnostic tools and equipment.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles and machinery.
Replace faulty parts and components, including fuel injectors, pumps, and filters.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed on vehicles.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance tasks.

Skills and Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
0-5 years of experience in diesel mechanics or heavy vehicle maintenance.
Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for engine analysis.
Familiarity with vehicle electrical systems and electronic control units (ECUs).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
