Job Description Area of Responsibility This position is responsible for creation of CAD geometry and Drawings in support of various chassis projects. You will have responsibility for: Carry out 3D modelling, 2D drawings, assembly in Creo, Catia Good knowledge of GD&T Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes like casting, forging, sheet metal. DMU management integrating vehicle systems & project coordination with various teams. Description We are seeking a skilled Generator Mechanic to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of generators, demonstrating a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Responsibilities Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on generators to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime. Perform routine inspections and testing of generator systems and components. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work completed. Key Responsibilities: Perform IC Engine calibration activities for meeting the specified performance and emission requirements. Selection and matching of appropriate engine sub-systems such as turbocharger, power cylinder components, fuel systems, etc. To analyse engine performance test data and make necessary design change decisions. To coordinate engine performance testing with cross-functional team including making parts available, test cell readiness, decisions on sensors / data logging, etc. Data Analysis, performance background, ATS tuning and System level understanding SCR, DOC, DPF diagnostic work exp is required. Execute type approval / certification testing by being stationed at external test agencies / certification agencies. Perform analytical calculations / verifications of engine performance.
