Diamond Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with jewelry brands, wholesalers, manufacturers, and traders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the existing client base.

Stay well-informed about market trends, pricing updates, assortments, and client demands in the diamond industry.

• Conduct regular meetings, client visits, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams including procurement and inventory to fulfill client requirements promptly.
• Consistently achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• 3+ years of practical experience in the diamond industry, with a focus on loose natural diamond sales.
• Strong knowledge of diamond assortments, grading standards, and pricing structures.
• Well-connected network within domestic and international jewelry brands, wholesalers, and manufacturers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
