As a jewellery consultant at Sarvada Jewels, a fast-growing, fine jewelry e-commerce brand based in Surat, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the custom designing process, selecting diamonds/sapphires, and providing exceptional customer service throughout their journey. Your responsibilities will include: - Contacting incoming leads, understanding their requirements, and providing detailed estimates and information promptly. - Responding to clients via email, live chat, and telephone to address their queries effectively. - Assisting clients in placing orders and providing timely updates on their purchases. - Delivering excellent customer service to ensure a seamless experience for every client. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English, along with proficiency in at least one other language, preferably Hindi. - Prior experience in a sales or customer service role, specifically in jewellery retail. - Knowledge of diamonds and sapphires is preferred but not essential. - A willingness to learn and engage with clients using a consultative approach. - An entrepreneurial mindset, keen attention to detail, and a friendly personality.
