Dialysis Technician Trainer

GD Goenka Healthcare Academy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dialysis Technician Trainer to deliver high-quality education and practical training to students enrolled in the Dialysis Technician program. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background in dialysis technology and a passion for teaching, aiming to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge for a successful career in renal care.

Key Responsibilities

• Instructional Delivery:
• Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on dialysis procedures, equipment operation, patient care, and safety protocols.
• Develop and update lesson plans, presentations, and study materials in alignment with curriculum guidelines and industry standards.
• Hands-on Training:
• Provide students with practical experience in operating dialysis machines, preparing dialyzers, and monitoring patients during dialysis sessions.
• Supervise and guide students during clinical training sessions in collaboration with affiliated hospitals or dialysis centers.
• Assessment and Evaluation:
• Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback on performance.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate student competencies and readiness for certification.
• Curriculum Development:
• Collaborate with academic coordinators to review and enhance the curriculum to ensure it meets current industry practices and standards.
• Professional Development:
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in dialysis technology and patient care practices.
• Participate in workshops, seminars, and training sessions to continuously improve teaching methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,260.57 - ₹24,601.77 per month
