Dialysis Technician

You will be responsible for providing end-to-end comprehensive patient care management for successful dialysis of patients in the hospital. This includes following defined protocols for fluid/chemical preparation, patient and medication, updating records, maintaining medical equipment, assisting in procedures, maintaining RO treatment plant, ensuring proper patient care and unit disinfection protocols, and executing any work assigned by the Consultant Nephrologist. Key Responsibilities: - Follow defined protocols for fluid/chemical preparation, patient, and medication - Update records including quality/clinical formats, patient's file, and dialysis record book - Maintain Procedure Trolley, medical equipment, crash cart, and related Checklist - Prepare Dialysis Procedure Set/tray and Autoclave items, assist in procedures, and manage patient complications - Continuously maintain RO treatment plant and ensure quality of product water - Ensure proper hygienic patient care and unit disinfection protocols - Reprocess dialyzers as per defined protocol - Execute any work assigned by the Consultant Nephrologist Qualifications Required: - Diploma in Dialysis Technology Desired Skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Suitable clinical work experience - Good knowledge of dialysis and dedication to patient care - Punctual, motivated, team player with an understanding of healthcare system and NABH protocols - Proficient in documentation and eager to learn and train Please mail your CV to anilguleria@ihsh.in or visit for a walk-in interview at Innocent Hearts Superspeciality Hospital, Wadala Chowk, Jalandhar, Punjab (India).
