Job Title: Dialysis Technician Location: BIMS Hospital, Bhavnagar Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring dialysis machines, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and set up dialysis machines and related equipment. Monitor patients during dialysis treatment and report any complications. Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols. Maintain accurate patient records and machine logs. Assist patients with pre- and post-dialysis care. Work collaboratively with doctors and nurses to provide quality patient care. Qualifications & Requirements: Diploma or certification in Dialysis Technology. Prior experience as a Dialysis Technician is preferred. Strong knowledge of dialysis procedures and equipment. Excellent communication and patient-care skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
