Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage dialysis services, ensuring efficient patient care and treatment outcomes.
Oversee daily operations of the dialysis department, including staff management and scheduling.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for nephrology services.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient care across departments.
Monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile

8-10 years of experience in dialysis or related field (nephrology).
Diploma in Dialysis Technician or equivalent qualification.
Strong knowledge of hospital operations, clinical operations, healthcare operations, medical services, and nephrology principles.
