Dialogflow CX Developer

You will join our innovative Engen Chat team as a Dialogflow CX Developer. Your role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions using Google's Dialogflow CX platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing complex conversational flows, including intents, entities, and fulfillment logic using cloud functions, webhooks, or other appropriate technologies. - Writing clean, well-documented, and testable code. - Implementing and maintaining robust error handling and logging mechanisms. - Monitoring and analyzing agent performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. - Contributing to the development of best practices and coding standards for the team. - Participating in code reviews and knowledge sharing activities. - Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Dialogflow CX agent performance. - Working with the team to establish best practices for testing, deployment, and monitoring of chat platform applications. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience. - 6 to 9 years of overall software development experience. - Proven experience (2+ years) in developing and deploying chat solutions using Dialogflow CX. - Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node. - Experience with API integration (REST, SOAP). - Experience with Google Cloud Platform. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred skills/experience that would be beneficial for this role: - Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect or Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Developer certifications. - Experience with Swift and/or Kotlin. - Experience with Jest (for unit tests) and testing frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL). - Experience working in an Agile development environment.
