Diagnostic Technician

Job Title: Diagnosis Technician cum Automotive Electrician

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Experience: 5–10 Years (Premium/Luxury Automotive Brands)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics using OEM tools (BMW ISTA, Mercedes XENTRY, Porsche PIWIS, Audi ODIS, JLR Pathfinder, Ferrari Diagnosis, Lamborghini LARAS).
• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and electronic faults, including ECU, sensors, and communication networks.
• Carry out ECU programming, OTA updates, and ADAS calibration.
• Diagnose and service EV/Hybrid systems—including HV safety checks and BMS operations.
• Operate multi-brand diagnostic equipment (Bosch KTS, Autel MaxiSys, ProPad 9, VCDS).
• Ensure accurate documentation of diagnostic findings and service reports.

Qualification & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Electrical Engineering.
• OEM Certification in at least one or more luxury brands (BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Audi, JLR, Ferrari, Lamborghini).
• Proficiency in ECU programming, software updates, and ADAS systems.
• Knowledge of EV/Hybrid technologies and High Voltage Safety procedures.
• Strong diagnostic and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with AI-based diagnostic tools and cloud-connected service systems.
• Understanding of cybersecurity in ECU communication.
• Certifications such as EV Tech Level 2/3, IMI, or ARAI-approved programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
