Customer Management Handling
a.) To   do Primary analysis of customer concerns, convey it to the respective   department, track the progress of resolving complaints & submission of   analysis i.e. Preventive action & Corrective action to the   customers
 b.) To measure response time. 
 c.) New product development cycle
     IN ORDER to resolve customer complaints.  
Perform IATF & Audits activities
a.) To   implement & improve IATF and audit processes of BD
b.) Compliance with IATF Certification     IN ORDER to achieve targets set for IATF certification    
Market forecasting
a.) To   anticipate and forecast trends and demands after 5 years
     IN ORDER TO improve turnover of Prestolite   
Profitability
a.) To   ensure right price at right time as per the projected budget
     IN ORDER TO increase profitability of the company.
