As a seasoned Construction Manager specializing in Balance of Plant (BOP) and Boiler Turbine Generator (BTG) packages within the Power/Energy industry, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all construction activities related to BOP and BTG projects. Your primary role will involve providing strategic direction to ensure project success while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams will be a key aspect of your responsibilities to drive project timelines and deliverables efficiently. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing and mentoring a team of construction professionals to optimize resource allocation and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
