Role Overview: At Aerobot Labs, located in Chennai, you will work as a full-time DGCA Certified Drone Pilot Instructor. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct training sessions on drone piloting and UAV technologies. Your role involves teaching safe and professional drone operation practices, ensuring compliance with DGCA guidelines, preparing training materials, performing live drone demonstrations, and assessing the skill levels of trainees. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to enhance the training curriculum continually. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on drone piloting and UAV technologies - Teach safe and professional drone operation practices - Ensure compliance with DGCA guidelines - Prepare training materials and resources - Perform live drone demonstrations - Evaluate the skill levels of trainees - Collaborate with the team to improve the training curriculum Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Drone Piloting and operating Drones and UAV technologies - Strong understanding of UAV systems and operational safety - Experience in providing hands-on and theoretical training for drone operations - DGCA Drone Pilot Instructor Certification (mandatory) - Strong communication and teaching skills - Ability to comply with aviation safety standards and regulations - Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying and troubleshooting UAV issues - Experience mentoring students is a plus,
