DevOps Support Engineer

About the Role:We are hiring 4 experienced DevOps Support Engineers for a remote contract position. If you're proficient with Kubernetes, Snowflake, Python, Azure, ADF, and cloud infrastructure support, and are comfortable working in a CST overlap shiftthis is for you!Key Responsibilities:Platform Support & MaintenanceEnsure high availability and performance of Kubernetes clusters and Azure infrastructureMonitor Snowflake pipelines, troubleshoot failures, resolve incidentsInfrastructure Automation & OptimizationDevelop automation in Python for deployment, scaling, and monitoringOptimize Kubernetes configurations and Azure usageData Pipeline ManagementSupport pipelines in Snowflake and Azure Data Factory (ADF)Ensure reliability, integrity, and performance of ETL/ELT processesSecurity & ComplianceMaintain RBAC, perform audits, enforce cloud security standardsCollaboration & On-Call SupportParticipate in on-call rotationsWork closely with QA, engineering, and product teamsDocument runbooks, processes, and incident resolutionsMust-Have Skills:Kubernetes: Deployment, scaling, monitoringSnowflake: Data modeling, query optimization, troubleshootingPython: For scripting and automationAzure Services: Compute, storage, networking, identityADF (Azure Data Factory): Pipeline creation and monitoringCI/CD & IaC: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, TerraformMonitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, Azure MonitorStrong communication and proactive troubleshooting skills

Work Hours: Overlap till 12 PM CST (i.e., 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST)
