About the Role:
- We are looking for a motivated DevOps Support Engineer to provide night shift coverage for our US-based operations. You will work closely with our US DevOps engineer to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of our production and non-production systems. This role is crucial to avoid a single point of failure and to provide 24x7 operational support for our critical infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience range: 2 - 4 years
- Proficient in AWS Cloud services (EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, VPC, CloudWatch, etc.); working knowledge of Azure and GCP is a plus.
- Hands-on Kubernetes administration (deployment, scaling, troubleshooting).
- Strong Terraform knowledge for IaC (Infrastructure as Code).
- Experience with monitoring tools Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenSearch.
- Scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation.
- Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL and MySQL database operations.
- CI/CD experience with Jenkins and ArgoCD (or similar tools).
- Knowledge of Git (GitHub or Bitbucket).
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills for working with a remote US team.
- Ability to follow structured processes while being proactive in identifying improvements.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to work in night shift on a long-term basis.
