Role Overview: As a highly skilled DevOps Lead, your primary responsibility will be to drive the development, deployment, and operational excellence of the cloud infrastructure for the company. Your expertise in AWS, CI/CD automation, containerization, and infrastructure as code (IaC) will be crucial in ensuring seamless deployment, monitoring, and scalability of applications. You will lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, promoting collaboration and innovation. - Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and other automation tools. - Manage AWS infrastructure (ECS, EKS, EC2, RDS, S3, SQS, SNS) for high availability and scalability. - Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. - Oversee Dockerization and manage container orchestration via ECS/EKS. - Implement monitoring and logging solutions using New Relic, PlayerZero, and other observability tools. - Collaborate with development teams for smooth deployment of ReactJS & NodeJS-based microservices. - Enhance security and compliance by enforcing best practices in IAM, VPC, and networking. - Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures. - Optimize cost and performance of cloud infrastructure while ensuring system reliability. Qualifications Required: - Total experience of 8+ years with a focus on DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Engineering. - Strong hands-on experience with AWS Services (EC2, S3, RDS, ECS, EKS, SQS, SNS). - Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket Pipelines). - Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS/EKS). - Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (Terraform, CloudFormation). - Strong understanding of Linux system administration and networking. - Experience with monitoring tools (New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, PlayerZero). - Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or similar) for automation tasks. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Experience in managing access control, IAM roles, and security best practices in AWS. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments. Good to Have: - Experience with KeyCloak IAM solution is highly preferred. - Knowledge of serverless computing (AWS Lambda). - Certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
