Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable DevOps Engineer Trainer to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs on DevOps tools, practices, and methodologies for junior engineers or fresh graduates. Your primary goal will be to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations by providing hands-on, practical, and engaging learning experiences.

This position is ideal for someone who has experience working in DevOps and enjoys teaching, mentoring, and helping others grow their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs on DevOps concepts, tools, and practices.
• Conduct workshops, bootcamps, and one-on-one mentoring sessions for engineers with 0–5 years of experience.
• Create training materials, lab exercises, presentations, and assessments.
• Cover key DevOps tools and topics including:
• CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Version Control (Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)
• Containers and Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Monitoring and Logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
• Scripting and Automation (Bash, Python)
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continually improve training content.
• Evaluate learner progress through assessments, projects, and feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering and HR teams to align training with organizational needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 0–5 years of experience in a DevOps engineering or related technical role.
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor.
• DevOps or Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA, Terraform Associate).
• Experience creating digital content (videos, tutorials, labs).
• Familiarity with agile and DevOps lifecycle tools.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
