Job Description

Job Title: DevOps Engineer Role Overview: The DevOps Engineer will oversee and enhance deployment pipelines, infrastructure automation, and system reliability. This role requires a seasoned expert who can collaborate with development and operations teams to build scalable and resilient systems, ensuring smooth CI/CD processes and efficient infrastructure management. This role will be a hands-on execution role as a Individual Contributor. Key Responsibilities: 1. CI/CD Pipeline Management : Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions. Automate build, test, and deployment processes to accelerate development cycles. 2. Infrastructure Automation : Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation for provisioning. Manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to support scalable environments. 3. Monitoring & Performance Optimization : Implement monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to enhance visibility. Improve system performance and identify and resolve bottlenecks. 4. Collaboration and Communication : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align DevOps practices with business goals. Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps best practices across teams. 5. Security and Compliance : Integrate security practices into DevOps workflows, including vulnerability scanning and automated testing.
