DevOps Engineer - Lead

As a DevOps Lead, you will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure, robust CI/CD pipelines, and secure deployment systems. You will play a crucial role in leading the DevOps function, collaborating closely with engineering and AI teams to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability across all AI-driven products. Your key responsibilities will include leading and mentoring the DevOps team to establish best practices and operational standards. You will architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI. Additionally, you will be involved in designing and managing Kubernetes-based container orchestration and Docker deployments. Building and maintaining cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure with a focus on cost and performance optimization will also be part of your role. Automation will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, involving infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform and Ansible. You will set up and manage observability stacks using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc., to ensure the uptime, scalability, and performance of critical services and environments. Administering web servers, enforcing server and network-level security, and implementing DevSecOps practices will also be within your purview. You will lead incident response and root cause analysis for infrastructure-related issues. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 4 years of DevOps or SRE experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a lead or architectural role. Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) is essential. Strong experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, as well as proficiency in Linux server administration and infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible, are required. A solid understanding of Git-based workflows, monitoring, logging, and alerting systems is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience. Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA/CKAD, or relevant cloud/k8s credentials are a plus. Experience in AI/ML infrastructure, GPU cluster setup, or MLOps tooling would be advantageous for this role.,
