DevOps Engineer - Java

As a DevOps Engineer with 4-6 years of experience, you will be based in Noida with an opportunity for a 3-month on-site training in Singapore. Your role will involve working in the functional areas of Java, DevOps, Kubernetes, and AWS/cloud technologies. You will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining the cloud infrastructure while focusing on AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Terraform. Your responsibilities will include designing, building, and maintaining the cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS. You will be developing and managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform for provisioning and configuring cloud resources on AWS. Implementing and managing Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters for efficient application deployment and scaling will be a key part of your role. You will also be developing and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket CI/CD, or ArgoCD to streamline software delivery. Automation will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities, involving infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment using tools like Terraform and Ansible. You will need to implement robust monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues. Collaboration with development teams to understand their needs and provide solutions aligned with business objectives will be essential. Ensuring compliance with security best practices and implementing measures to protect infrastructure and applications will also be part of your role. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. You should have strong proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, etc. Experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, Java coding, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket CI/CD, and ArgoCD is required. Familiarity with Docker, containerization concepts, configuration management tools like Terraform and Cloudformation, scripting skills in Java, Python, and Bash, as well as an understanding of networking and security concepts are also necessary for this position.,
