Role Overview

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who can take ownership of server and cloud environments, ensure uptime and performance, and troubleshoot complex issues. The role involves AWS/Google Cloud management, Docker, DNS/email configurations, and WordPress security maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot servers on AWS/Google Cloud.
• Diagnose and resolve server, hosting, and performance issues quickly.
• Troubleshoot DNS, SSL, and email deliverability issues (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX records, SMTP configs, etc.).
• Manage Docker-based environments for deployments and scaling.
• Implement strong server & WordPress security practices (firewalls, malware scans, access controls).
• Perform server patches, updates, and backups.
• Monitor system health, logs, and alerts to proactively prevent downtime.
• Assist with CI/CD workflows and deployment support.

Requirements

• Proven experience in server troubleshooting and administration.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS/Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerized environments.
• Strong understanding of DNS, SSL, and email configuration/deliverability.
• WordPress server-level management experience (scaling, security, optimization).
• Ability to respond quickly to incidents and resolve critical issues.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Knowledge of Nginx/Apache, MySQL/MariaDB optimization.
• Understanding of CDN & caching (Cloudflare, Fastly, etc.).

Job Type: Permanent/Full-time

Location: Kolkata

CTC: 2.5 LPA - 5 LPA

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
