Job Description

Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Location:

Job Summary:

DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage
CI/CD pipelines
for seamless software delivery
Manage and maintain
Databases
, optimize to full potential and ensure upkeep of all databases.
Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using
Docker and Kubernetes
Monitor and maintain on premise infrastructure
Collaborate with development teams to automate and optimize development workflows
Ensure infrastructure is secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant
Implement infrastructure as code
Troubleshoot build and deployment issues across environments
Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems

Mandatory Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience with
Docker
and
Kubernetes
Experience building and managing
CI/CD pipelines
(e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Strong working knowledge of database administration, configuration and regular maintenance of Databases like
MySQL, Postgres and MongoDB.
Solid understanding of Linux system administration
Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, etc.)
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Experience with
on-premises deployments

Nice to Have:

Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
Knowledge of Helm, Istio, or other Kubernetes tools
Security best practices in DevOps workflows

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in agile teams
Excellent communication and documentation skills
