DevOps Engineer Data or Machine Learning Engineer & Scrum Master

Role Overview: You will be joining a dynamic team as a DevOps Engineer with a unique combination of responsibilities that includes being a Scrum Master. Your role will involve actively participating in a scrum team, where you will split your time 50% as an engineer and 50% as a scrum master. Additionally, you will be working on a Oracle database that is Datavault modelled and be involved in setting up the future platform using Snowflake technology. Key Responsibilities: - As a Scrum Master: - Run the scrum rituals within your team. - Remove obstacles and impediments for your team. - Support your team in continuous improvements. - Collaborate with the RTE and other scrum masters in the ART. - As a DevOps Engineer: - Actively participate in the development within your team's sprint. - Perform both development and operations tasks. - Work on a Oracle database using Datavault modeling. - Assist in setting up the future platform using Snowflake technology. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of hands-on experience in a scrum team, with a preference for a scrum master role. - 2+ years of experience in data engineering or machine learning engineering. - Experience with SAFe methodology. Additional Details (if present): The team you will be joining works according to scrum in a SAFe setup and is part of an Agile Release Train with other data & analytics teams. The team comprises of end-to-end professionals including data scientists, machine learning engineers, and data engineers. The team is fully onshore, consists of 8 colleagues, and operates with a DevOps responsibility of "run what you own".,
