Devops Engineer- BlockChain

We are seeking a skilled DevOps & Security Engineer to oversee the deployment, monitoring, and security of our Layer 1 network. The ideal candidate will ensure high uptime, scalability, and strong security practices across all validator and node environments.
Key Responsibilities1. Design, deploy, and maintain blockchain node infrastructure (validators, full nodes, RPC nodes).2. Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and infrastructure monitoring tools.3. Implement network security protocols, including firewall configurations, DDoS protection, and key management.4. Monitor blockchain performance metrics TPS, block times, validator health, and memory usage.5. Manage private keys and validator identities with high security and redundancy.6. Automate system backups, recovery mechanisms, and log analytics.7. Collaborate with the blockchain development team to support upgrades, forks, and configuration changes.*Required Skills*1. Strong experience with Linux servers, Docker, and Kubernetes.2. Proficiency in AWS, GCP, or Azure for blockchain infrastructure management.3. Hands-on experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).4. Deep understanding of network security, TLS, firewall management, and access control.5. Familiarity with blockchain networking, consensus communication, and validator setups.6. Scripting experience using Bash, Python, or Go for automation.*Preferred*1. Prior experience managing infrastructure for Ethereum/BSC-based networks.2. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.3.
