Job Title: DevOps Engineer Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform, as well as experience with CI/CD pipeline automation, DevSecOps practices, and cloud infrastructure management. You will play a key role in building and maintaining scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure solutions that support both application and infrastructure operations in a cloud-native environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins. Create and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, including reusable modules and best practices. Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes on Azure Cloud. Ensure secure, compliant, and resilient infrastructure by embedding DevSecOps practices into the delivery process. Collaborate with application developers to integrate and support their build and release processes. Automate monitoring, alerting, and operational tasks to support high availability and performance of systems. Maintain and manage secrets, access credentials, and configurations across environments securely. Leverage scripting (e.g., Bash, Python) to streamline operations and automate infrastructure tasks. Apply basic understanding of .NET, Java, or similar frameworks to support application deployment. Support cloud-native architecture and services across Azure, and optionally AWS/GCP as needed. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering roles. 2+ years of hands-on experience in DevSecOps, preferably in enterprise environments. Proficiency in Azure Cloud services and cloud-native architecture. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and managing container orchestration environments. Strong working knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure automation and lifecycle management. Solid experience with CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc. Proficient in scripting languages: Bash, Python, or similar. Familiarity with software development frameworks such as .NET and Java. Exposure to AI and Generative AI technologies is a strong plus. Nice to Have: Multi-cloud experience (AWS, GCP). Hands-on with security and compliance scanning tools. Certifications in Azure, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
