DevOps Developer - AWS Infrastructure

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining a robust, scalable, and reliable 0-downtime platform. You will work hands-on with a recently kick-started greenfield initiative with modern infrastructure and automation tools to support engineering teams. If you are passionate about automation, cloud infrastructure, and delivering high-quality production-grade platforms, this role offers the chance to make a real impact. - Design, implement, and optimize AWS infrastructure through hands-on development using Infrastructure as Code tools. - Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate fast, secure, and seamless deployments. - Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of the platform, leveraging managed services. - Implement and manage proactive observability using DataDog and other tools to monitor system health, performance, and security, ensuring that issues are identified and fixed before impacting users. - Apply cloud and security best practices, including patching and secure configuration of networking, encryption, secrets, and identity/access management. - Contribute ideas and solutions to improve DevOps processes. - Aim to push the boundaries of AI-driven development and have the opportunity to explore embedding AI into DevOps processes. - Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, Terragrunt, Helm, Python, Bash, and AWS services like EKS, Lambda, EC2, RDS/Aurora. - Proficiency in Terraform and IaC principles, CI/CD, and the AWS ecosystem. - Proven experience with Networking, Cloud configuration, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Istio, and Deployment strategies. - Familiarity with Cloud Security services such as Security Hub, Guard Duty, Inspector, and vulnerability management/patching. - Experience with DataDog or similar tools for observability and visibility into platform health and security. - Advantageous to have experience with embedding AI into DevOps processes.,
