14+ years of experience in DevOps/Cloud Architecture roles8+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud architectureProficiency with Kubernetes (EKS) and container orchestrationStrong experience with Argo CD and GitOps methodologiesExperience with Dynatrace or similar APM/monitoring solutionsUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation toolsExperience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform)Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash)

Good To Have Skills

Extensive experience with Apache Kafka, Apache Flink and real-time streaming platformsAdvanced knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB) performance tuningDeep expertise in database connection pooling optimization (RDS Proxy, etc.)Experience with connection pool monitoring, sizing, and performance tuning methodologiesExperience with Debezium and change data capture patterns (DDB streams)Experience integrating Azure DevOps with AWS servicesProficiency with S3, Athena, and big data analytics workflowsKnowledge of application-level connection management and optimization techniques
