DevOps and Cloud Leader

You should have a total mandatory experience of 18+ years, with a focus on application development rather than infrastructure. Your key responsibilities will include leading the design, implementation, and optimization of DevOps practices and cloud strategies. You will collaborate with development teams to establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, drive automation initiatives to enhance software delivery and system reliability, oversee cloud resource management for scalability, security, and cost-efficiency, and mentor and guide a team of DevOps engineers. Additionally, you will develop and implement best practices for cloud operations and DevOps processes, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventive measures. It is essential to stay updated on emerging trends in DevOps and cloud technologies to drive innovation. Qualifications for this role include proven experience in DevOps and cloud technologies, a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools, expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible (a plus), and exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Preferred skills for this position include experience in software development or operations, knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and an understanding of security best practices in cloud and DevOps environments.,
