Job Description

As a Device Support Technician, you will be responsible for supporting customers with external device setups such as printers, webcams, keyboards, and USB devices. - Walk users through driver installation and configuration. - Troubleshoot connectivity or malfunction issues. - Recommend add-on services where needed. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Knowledge of common peripheral hardware. - 1 year in a tech support role is preferred. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with the benefit of working from home. The shift timings are during the night, and the work location is in person at Mohali.,
