Job Description

Location: Mohali | Shift: Night | Type: Full-Time Job Description: Join as a Device Configuration Advisor and help customers configure and troubleshoot smart home devices like Alexa, Ring, smart cameras, and thermostats. Key Responsibilities: Guide users through device pairing, Wi-Fi setup, and app syncing. Solve issues related to device offline status or unresponsiveness. Offer relevant service plans and extended support coverage. Requirements: Basic understanding of IoT and smart home technology. Strong communication skills and patience with non-tech-savvy users. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,907.70 - ₹44,442.50 per month Schedule: Night shift Work Location: In person
